I was tasked with storyboarding and scripting a promo video for a brand new development. The goal? Attract home buyers. The problem? No brand guide.
All I knew was the developers were keen on making the address (699 Sheppard Ave.) the name for the building. So for a brand that is essentially just a number, I decided to highlight the numbers of amenities and neighbourhood perks. From the number of minutes it takes to travel to key destinations to the number of shops nearby.
